A Fed Finance, empresa especializada em Recrutamento Temporário e Permanente na área da Contabilidade e Finanças empresariais, encontra-se a recrutar um Human Ressources KPI ANALYST (F/M) para uma Multinacional baseada em Oeiras.
Oferecemos:

- Vencimento : max 1300€ brutos / mês (consoante experiência)

A sua posição
Reporting and monitoring of training and performance management indicators/KPIs:
• Reporting, Dashboard and other activies linked to Training performance monitoring
• Analyzing the performance indicators – linked to training
• Analysis of extractions from HR Training platform
• Conduct numerous analyses asked by HR Global Direction
• Drawing up graphs and ppt presentations for the Global HR department
Working closely with the HR team:
• Ensure the reliability of data prior to result production.
• Contribution and work toward process simplification
O seu perfil
• Master’s degree in finance or HR business control
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• At least 3 years of experience
• Process driven and always seeking for continuous improvement.
• Strong analytics skills
• Advanced excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate to management and collaborators with synthesis and efficiency.
