Soft skills and hard skills: how important are they?

In the corporate world, the combination of hard skills and soft skills plays a key role in the professional success of employees and the performance of companies. In this article, we'll explore the meaning of each of these skills and their true importance.

HARD SKILLS vs SOFT SKILLS

These will then be measured through behavioral observations, feedback and interactions in the workplace.
