A Fed Finance encontra-se em processo de recrutamento para um especialista de contas a pagar para um prestigiado cliente na baixa de Lisboa, com um contrato a termo certo efetivo renovável anualmente.

A sua posição
Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
Verify and reconcile vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and documentation.
Assist in month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
Report and work directly with the CFO.
O seu perfil
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar accounting roles.
Fluent in both English and Portuguese, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Experience working with international vendors and multicultural teams is a plus.
